Arlo & Jacob
Brand Refresh

The Brief
Arlo & Jacob wanted to inject warmth, tactility, and confidence into their brand communications—celebrating craftsmanship, comfort, and British character. The challenge was to move beyond product-driven marketing and toward storytelling that felt welcoming, modern, and built to last—just like their sofas.

The Challenge
A Story of Comfort, Told Beautifully. From showroom to street corner, every element needed to feel like an invitation. We developed a refreshed visual and verbal identity built around the idea of “Sofas for life”—a quiet promise of quality and longevity, expressed with charm and clarity.
- Welcome packs and DM pieces featured rich materials and warm, personal copy, setting the tone for a premium experience
- Catalogue spreads mixed practical spec sheets with editorial-style imagery, showcasing style without losing substance
- Print and OOH embraced everyday scenes—like a single, mustard yellow chair with shoes kicked off beside it—bringing personality and real-life use into frame
- Messaging remained grounded and human: “We’ve saved you a spot” said more than any discount ever could

The Result
A brand that feels as good as it looks.
The campaign gave Arlo & Jacob a distinct, ownable tone—equal parts stylish and sincere. The new system created cohesion across channels, while still leaving room for charm. In a category often overrun by flash sales, this was a soft-spoken standout.
